What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, individualized phonics‑based reading sessions for small groups of gifted K‑2 students.
- Employ storytelling and interactive methods to drive learning acceleration 5‑10x beyond conventional standards.
- Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions dynamically to address each cohort’s specific needs.
- Provide one‑on‑one and small group coaching that produces measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing applications.
- Willing to work on‑site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation support provided).
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to K‑2 students.
- Experience working with gifted or high‑performing children in specialized programs.
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data.
- Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
