You will facilitate brief, high‑impact workshops rather than conventional hour‑long class sessions. Your work will involve diagnosing individual student needs, developing original evidence‑based lessons without reliance on prepackaged materials, and contributing to the development of adaptive technologies that extend your expertise to hundreds of learners.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
- Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI‑driven literacy platforms
- Following pre‑scripted curricula or commercially published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (examples: Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independently of pre‑written materials
- Experienced with AI or adaptive learning technologies and able to respond to student engagement patterns within those systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
