Job Title

EXAM PROCTOR (part‑time, as needed some evenings and weekends)

Available assignments typically scheduled Monday through Saturday. Weekday hours may begin as early as 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM or late afternoons 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Weekend hours may begin as early as 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must be able to travel to Cocoa Beach, Ocoee, Winter Park, Kissimmee, and Orlando and be dependable and on‑time to all assignments.

• Arrive at the exam site prior to exam start and assist with set‑up as outlined in the Proctor’s Guide.
• Distribute exam materials, including exams and bubble sheets, to students.
• Instruct students in using Scantron bubble answer sheets and the required information.
• Ensure students are seated correctly at the designated tables and receive the correct exam version.
• Time and monitor the exam as specified in the Proctor’s Guide.
• Collect completed exams from students.
• Set up and return tables and chairs to the required arrangement per facility guidelines.
• Attend all mandatory proctor trainings and meetings.

High School Diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
• Ability to multi‑task and oversee up to 20 students during an exam.
• Ability to direct exam takers on testing procedures and to oversee the process, including handling difficult customers.
• Ability to remain flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to monitor others to ensure accurate procedures are followed and take corrective actions if necessary.

• Experience working with confidential information/materials.
• Monitoring experience preferred.
• Experience in any instructional activity preferred.

• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Stand or remain in continuous motion for 10‑12 hours while performing job functions.

Salary $15.50 per hour. No benefits and no mileage reimbursement.
