Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Training Specialist to develop and elevate high‑performing Admissions Representatives through structured onboarding, coaching, and performance‑driven training.
This is a highly visible, campus‑facing role working closely with leadership to improve consistency, execution, and enrollment outcomes across multiple locations.
Responsibilities- Lead onboarding and training for new Admissions Representatives
- Coach teams to hit 30/60/90‑day performance and enrollment goals
- Conduct call reviews, role plays, and interview observations
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance improvement support
- Deliver targeted training on call quality, product knowledge, and admissions processes
- Partner with leadership to identify gaps and implement development plans
- Support regional training initiatives, program launches, and special projects
- Associate’s degree required
- 2+ years of training, coaching, or development experience
- 1+ year in admissions or a similar performance‑driven environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence performance and drive results
- Comfortable working with metrics (conversion rates, activity goals, etc.)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and professional
This position involves traveling across Central Florida campuses (up to 90% of the time).
