Campus Admissions Training Lead

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Training Specialist to develop and elevate high‑performing Admissions Representatives through structured onboarding, coaching, and performance‑driven training.

This is a highly visible, campus‑facing role working closely with leadership to improve consistency, execution, and enrollment outcomes across multiple locations.

• Lead onboarding and training for new Admissions Representatives
• Coach teams to hit 30/60/90‑day performance and enrollment goals
• Conduct call reviews, role plays, and interview observations
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance improvement support
• Deliver targeted training on call quality, product knowledge, and admissions processes
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps and implement development plans
• Support regional training initiatives, program launches, and special projects

• Associate’s degree required
• 2+ years of training, coaching, or development experience
• 1+ year in admissions or a similar performance‑driven environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence performance and drive results
• Comfortable working with metrics (conversion rates, activity goals, etc.)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and professional

This position involves traveling across Central Florida campuses (up to 90% of the time).
