We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to support a Kindergarten student in the mainstream classroom. This is a unique opportunity to help a child thrive socially, academically, and personally. Student Support Shadows work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents. If you are patient, caring, and understanding, you will thrive in this role. This is an excellent role to springboard for future growth in education as a Teacher's Assistant, Lead Teacher, or ABA service provider.

Pay Range: $16-$19 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide calm and caring support to student, addressing academic, social, and emotional needs

• Work with said student, both in-class and one-on-one, to enhance their learning experience

• Collaborate with the parent and teachers to support the child

• Maintain records and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow with our school is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents of diverse backgrounds

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
