Sofive – Position Available:
Lil' Kickers Coach
Location: Sofive Winter Park & Lake Nona
We seek enthusiastic educators and coaches dedicated to nurturing young talent. This role requires a commitment to a 13‑week program and a passion for creating a fun learning environment for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
Requirements- Entry Level: No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
- Ability to manage children's behaviors.
- Team player mentality.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!
- Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
- Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
- Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
- Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
- Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
