Job Summary
Providing in-school and after-school tutoring, mentoring, and support services in Orlando area community centers and public high schools. Focusing on math, reading, course recovery, post-secondary planning, job readiness and providing individualized and small group tutoring.

- Program end date:
Summer 2027 (August 2026-May 2027; some positions ending July 2027) - Required work hours: 35-40 hrs./week
- Compensation: $1,110 bi-weekly

Up to $7,395.00
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some post-secondary education preferred. College coursework in education, language arts, and/or mathematics helpful. Between 30 and 60 semester hours of college preferred. Bilingual (English-Spanish) helpful. A valid Florida driver's license is required.
Position DetailsThis is a PART-TIME POSITION with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits. This position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract which can be renewed annually based on performance and business need.
Experience Waiver for Degree EquivalencyTwo (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
