About the Principal Opportunity

St. John Vianney Catholic School seeks a mission‑driven, academically strong leader to build on the school's dual‑language program and deepen Catholic identity. The Principal will foster a culture of excellence and belonging, and advance curriculum, academic outcomes, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • A practicing Catholic whose faith is visible, authentic, and actively shapes the culture and decisions of the school.
  • A bilingual or culturally fluent leader who can effectively support and strengthen the mature dual‑language program and celebrate the school’s diverse community.
  • A mission‑driven educational leader who articulates the distinct value of Catholic education and ensures the school remains Catholic in both name and practice.
  • An instructional leader who advances curriculum development, academic rigor, and teacher growth across all grade levels, including the continued development of the middle school program.
  • A collaborative and supportive leader who builds trust with faculty while holding high expectations and supporting professional excellence.
  • A clear, consistent communicator who engages effectively with parents, faculty, students, and parish leadership, ensuring transparency and timely follow‑through.
  • A disciplined and fair decision‑maker who enforces policies consistently, especially in student discipline and parent‑facing situations.
