Job Description

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a self‑motivated Training Coordinator to facilitate employee training programs during operations at Orlando International Airport. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in managing training activities.

Pay: $24.00–$26.00/HR per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions.
  • Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees.
  • Set up classrooms with audio‑visual equipment and training materials.
  • Ensure training environments are conducive to learning.
  • Enter all training records into ABM University Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain training rosters, attendance records, and personnel training files.
  • Ensure compliance with all training requirements.
  • Maintain training reference library and materials inventory.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and promotional fliers.
  • Organize and set up/break down training equipment and classrooms.
  • Track training program utilization and effectiveness.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule for daytime or weekend training when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Airport operations experience.
  • Background in adult education or training coordination.
Work Environment
  • Airport terminal environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Both indoor and outdoor exposure to all weather conditions.
  • Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
