About the Role

Lead hands-on coding, AI, and robotics instruction for elementary through high school students, focusing on creative, age-appropriate lessons that teach how technology and intelligent systems are built and applied to real-world problems. Deliver structured one-hour sessions, manage classroom engagement, and support project-based learning.

Job Description Role

We Code 2 Camp Instructor responsible for teaching Vibe Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics across Elementary, Jr. High, and High School age groups through structured one-hour sessions. The instructor will combine creativity and technical skill-building to help students understand how technology and intelligent systems are built and applied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach daily coding, AI, and robotics sessions across multiple age groups.
  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans for Elementary, Jr. High, and High School students.
  • Lead hands-on projects that encourage problem-solving and creativity.
  • Introduce AI concepts including prompt design, machine learning basics, automation, and responsible AI use.
  • Guide robotics activities including assembly, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and team challenges.
  • Support student project presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain an engaging, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with camp leadership on curriculum execution.
Requirements /

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching coding, robotics, STEM, or technology to youth.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, robotics platforms, and beginner programming environments.
  • Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for young learners.
  • Passion for preparing underserved youth for future technology opportunities.
Compensation & Location
  • Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
