Coordinator, Student Outreach & Recruitment

Valencia College is hiring a Coordinator for Student Outreach & Recruitment to support the transition of students to college through partnerships, outreach, and readiness experiences.

• Build relationships with schools and community partners.
• Lead student recruitment and outreach efforts.
• Deliver workshops and college readiness sessions.
• Coordinate tours, information sessions, and events.
• Manage the Campus Ambassador Program.
• Track student engagement and outcomes.
• Support enrollment and transition initiatives.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in recruitment, advising, or training.
• Skilled in workshops, student support, and event planning.
• Comfortable with databases and communication tools.
