Gym Instructor

About the Role

We are looking for someone who loves kids, enjoys staying active, and brings fun to their work.

• Introduce kids to the fun of education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational atmosphere for children in each class.
• Treat each child and each class as if it’s their first day.

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is preferred.
• Ability to play like a child and create an engaging learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with both children and parents.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and helping children grow.
• Capable of staying active and moving throughout the workday.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic.
