Pre‑K 3 Teacher creates a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of three‑year‑old children by implementing an age‑appropriate curriculum and designing intentional, play‑based lesson plans. This role focuses on building early academic foundations in pre‑reading, pre‑math, language, and social‑emotional skills while helping children adjust to classroom routines, potty training, and behavioral expectations. The teacher models positive behavior, uses developmentally appropriate guidance strategies, and supports each child’s individual growth.

Full‑time position, 8‑hour shifts ideally 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Pay rate $15–17 per hour depending on experience. On‑site at 5700 Silver Star Rd, Orlando, FL 32808.
What You’ll Do:- Manage adherence to quality standards in accordance with the center’s vision and state and local requirements
- Plan individual and group‑appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
- Maintain student records in accordance with established enrollment procedures and guidelines
- Supervise children and manage a well‑ordered classroom environment that ensures safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing
- Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and school functions
- Assist in providing an appropriate educational atmosphere that creates a positive learning experience, encourages student participation, and promotes the development of positive self‑esteem and confidence, and self‑help skills
- Encourage children to develop a community‑spirited classroom through sharing, caring and self‑regulation
- Coordinate and implement the educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
- High school diploma and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field of Study
- FL DCF 45 Hours Required

- Must clear a full level 2 DCF background check
- CDA Highly Preferred
- At least 2 years of professional early childhood training/experience
- CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment
- Demonstrate empathy and patience in difficult situations
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, and engaging in the workplace
