• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills sessions for K‑8 cohorts covering public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. Modify existing frameworks and create new content when gaps arise.
• Conduct daily individual and small‑group motivation sessions that drive students toward their weekly application targets, leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha’s incentive structures.
• Deliver the Test2
  
  Pass mastery‑based evaluation for each life skill and coach students who do not pass until mastery is achieved.
• Adjust coaching approaches across a broad age spectrum—from kindergarteners needing high energy and physical activity to 8th‑graders requiring direct conversation and accountability.
• Analyze weekly cohort performance metrics in Coachbot, identify students falling behind, and modify coaching tactics for the following week based on data insights.

• Deliver whiteboard lectures; academic content is handled by AI applications.
• Create an entire curriculum from scratch; you begin with an established playbook.
• Passively monitor students at computers; motivation is active, individualized, and persistent.
• Work through bureaucratic approval processes for additional resources; you decide and implement coaching time immediately.
• Grade assignments, conduct standardized test preparation, or handle parent communication. Those tasks are the responsibility of Campus Leads and are not part of this model.

Guarantee that every student in your K‑8 cohort achieves weekly learning targets, demonstrates mastery of each life skill, and ends the year expressing genuine appreciation for your guidance.

• Available to work on‑site at one of the Alpha campuses listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K‑8 students (classroom instruction, coaching, tutoring, camp counseling, or youth program management).
• A concrete example that demonstrates motivating a K‑8 student toward a challenging goal: the objective, your actions, and the result.
• Comfort allowing AI to deliver instructional content while specializing in motivation and life‑skills development.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Background in youth sports coaching, debate, camp leadership, theater, or after‑school programs with direct responsibility for motivating children toward defined objectives.
• Demonstrated personal achievement (academic, athletic, or professional) that indicates holding others to high standards reflects your character.
• Narrative ability and presence sufficient to engage a room of 12‑year‑olds for an hour without escalating volume.
• History of transforming disengaged or resistant students into engaged contributors.
