Job Summary
This position works in a K-12th grade ESE Behavior classroom supporting classes of approximately 9 students with more intense behavior needs with a 1:3 ratio of staff/student. The primary role of the LTA is to collaborate closely with the teacher and teacher assistant to implement tailored strategies to support students achieving high levels academically, socially, and emotionally.

QualificationsEducation and Training:
- Associate Degree/Equivalent College Credits or a Parapro Certificate
- CPI Trained
- Behavior coursework
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year or more classroom experience working with classroom grade population.
- Prefer experience working with students with disabilities/students with behavior needs.
- Strong behavior skills
- Experience tracking data
