Part-Time Faculty, Clinical Nursing

Position Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution
• Must possess an active unencumbered State of Florida Registered Nurse or ARNP license, or be able to obtain it prior to start date. (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital or clinical experience or educational experience as a Registered Nurse or ARNP
• Position will be face‑to‑face on West or Osceola Campus
• Must be able to establish and maintain Florida residency within 30 days of start date if selected

• Bachelor’s degree: $30.04 per hour
• Master’s degree: $32.71 per hour
• Earned Doctorate degree: $36.40 per hour

• Anticipated start date: Summer 2026 or Fall 2026

Primarily responsible for teaching in discipline or discipline areas in which the instructor has specific training and/or competence. Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student learning in line with Valencia’s learning‑centered values and the essential competencies of a Valencia educator. Responds to students in a timely manner and communicates with the discipline and division via college‑provided tools and resources.
