Salary Range: $51,902.00 To $67,402.00 Annually

Master’s Degree Stipend: +$2,500.00

Broward County Referendum Supplement: $500.00 – $12,000.00 annually

Bridge Prep Academy is seeking a passionate ESOL Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to English Language Learners (ELLs), driving language acquisition, literacy development, and academic achievement in a supportive classroom culture.

• Plan and deliver differentiated, rigorous instruction for ELL students.
• Analyze ACCESS for ELLs and FAST benchmark data to track progress and adjust instruction.
• Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning styles and language acquisition levels.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment based on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with teachers, ESL liaisons, and parents to support student growth.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Master’s preferred).
