Job Description:

Reviews and assists with revisions needed for department policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Provides course syllabi for instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator. Engages in the academic roles of teaching, service, scholarship, and research. Grades examinations and assignments, reviews evaluations with students, and meets all established deadlines for testing, assignments, and grade submissions. Advises and mentors students, formulating and administering student competencies as needed.

Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Ability to work in both a face-to-face and online teaching environment [Required]

* Knowledge of computer based academic delivery systems [Required]

* Ability to work with an ethnically diverse student body [Required]

Education:

* Master's a minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours of credit in the discipline(s) being taught. [Required]
