- Develop and maintain standardized courseware templates, development workflows, and production guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
- Create and enforce quality assurance checklists and review processes for instructional design and media development.
- Define best practices for learning objectives, assessments, and content structure to ensure pedagogical integrity.
- Research and implement emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to modernize courseware and improve learner experience.
- Partner with the courseware development pod resources to embed standards and innovation into daily workflows.
- Monitor industry trends, learner feedback, and performance data to refine standards and introduce new approaches.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or HCI; (e.g., ATD, eLearning Guild) beneficial
- 8-12 years in L&D/courseware; 3-5 leading standards/templates/workflows.
- Template architecture (storyboards, scripts, media specs)
- Workflow design & process mapping (from intake to deployment)
- Quality systems (checklists, peer reviews, QA sign-off)
- Instructional design standards (objectives, assessments, sequencing)
- Innovation scouting (tools, methodologies, pilots, A/B tests)
- Strong proficiency in English is required for this role
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
Demonstrates expertise in instructional design and courseware development, with a strong focus on quality assurance, workflow design, and the implementation of innovative tools and methodologies to enhance learner experience.
