City Year Orlando is seeking an Impact Director to oversee day-to-day programmatic operations, lead Impact Managers, and develop corps member leaders to advance school partnerships and service excellence under the Whole School Whole Child model.
The work with the MDIs and DSL to ensure fidelity of WSWC, manage SSCs, and contribute to district relationships, data collection, and evaluation of student outcomes, while guiding site-wide initiatives and volunteer engagement.
