Safety Coordinator - Commercial Drywall

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor based in Florida to assist in hiring two experienced Safety Coordinators to join their teams in Orlando and Tampa

• Assist in the development, review, updating, and communication of the SSSP to everyone including subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, work plans, work packs, and detailed work plans
• Plan, prioritize & problem solve with operations in the field every day
• Assist with maintaining project files in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assist with first aid and maintain relationships with emergency medical services and clinics
• Assist with incident investigations, and implementation of effective solution
• Review work plans, work packs, and detailed work plans prior to the start of work
• Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA, orientation & client specific requirements

• 1+ year commercial drywall experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• OSHA 30 cert
• CPR/AED cert
• Comfortable with public speaking (safety training)
• Excellent communication skills

• $25-30 / hour
• Overtime as needed
