Position Details
We're hiring a part‑time On‑Site Service Specialist in the Orlando, FL area.
The On‑Site Services Specialist (OSS) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and assists the local Keep Stock team in driving inventory management (Keep Stock) execution and customer service excellence by assisting in the pre‑implementation and implementation process for new Keep Stock installations. The OSS assists with customer training and activities related to customer inventory management and must be open to working in different customer types and environments.
Responsibilities- Perform machine break/fix activities for different machines at the customer's site.
- Implement territory work relating to customer inventory projects.
- Perform data collection at the customer's site to ensure accurate information for the Keep Stock implementation process.
- Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing products at a customer site.
- Cover paid time off and have route‑based responsibilities and activities when needed.
- Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes.
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a warehouse environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills and experience solving problems.
- Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs or work in difficult positions.
- Managed several projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
- Required level of automobile insurance.
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
