POSITION

SUMMARY

A & Associates is seeking compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Field Service Case Worker to support a federal community services program. Individuals in this role will travel throughout an assigned geographic area to conduct scheduled field visits, verify information, complete required documentation, and assist with activities designed to promote the health, safety, and well-being of assigned individuals. Successful candidates are professional, exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and are comfortable working independently in the field while meeting strict reporting deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct scheduled field visits within an assigned territory.
  • Verify information and document observations in accordance with established program requirements.
  • Complete detailed electronic reports accurately and within required time frames.
  • Observe and document health, safety, and welfare concerns when identified.
  • Communicate professionally with program participants and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation.
  • Utilize mobile technology and company systems to document activities.
  • Follow all federal, state, client, and company policies and procedures.
  • Attend required training and maintain compliance with all program requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Extensive travel is an essential function of this position and may include local, regional, or out of state assignments based on operational needs.
  • Employees must be willing and able to travel throughout their assigned territory and accept temporary assignments in other geographic areas when required.
  • Daily travel to multiple locations may be required.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on assignment location and program requirements.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must maintain reliable transportation and be able to travel independently.
  • Must be able to organize and manage travel schedules while meeting established deadlines.
  • Approved travel, lodging, and authorized business expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy and applicable contract requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned geographic territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and web-based applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education in social work, criminal justice, human services, healthcare, psychology, education, or a related field is .
  • Previous professional experience working with individuals, families, or the public in a service-oriented environment is .
