Systems Integration​/Test Engineer - Orlando FL

You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer supporting a program’s system integration and qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team executes sub‑system and system level integration and testing for new and existing products.

• Generate and execute sub‑system and system level integration and test plans/procedures.
• Prepare test equipment and facilities needed for test events.
• Support Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware.
• Investigate failures and resolve hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies that occur during system/sub‑system testing.
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile.
• Travel domestically up to 10% to support program test events and meetings.

We’re looking for a highly skilled, self‑starter with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. You’ll work on complex test systems, collaborate across teams, and use state‑of‑the‑art equipment to verify and validate new hardware.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Secure a Secret Security Clearance (final clearance required at start).

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Integration & Test (I&T).
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and analysis principles.
• Experience with test fixture design, procedure development, and test scripting.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in I&T, focusing on environmental testing & Design DVT.
• Experience with HALT testing and production/latent manufacturing defect testing.
• Knowledge of MIL‑STD‑810, DO‑160.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW or Test Stand.
• Data analysis & visualization with MATLAB or Python.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving & recommendation skills.
• Attention to detail & ensuring reliable test results.
