Electrical Engineer (PE) – MEP

Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering design for medium‑voltage systems for commercial‑type buildings
- Coordinate with internal MEP/FP/Tech disciplines and external architectural teams
- Manage projects, schedules, and client communication
- Host project meetings with internal staff and external partners
- Oversee design work and eventually supervise junior engineers/designers
- Prepare documentation compliant with National and Florida electrical codes
- Contribute to lighting design, standby power systems, surge protection, and related systems
- Multi‑task across multiple active projects in fast‑paced environments
- 8–12 years in an MEP role
- Florida PE license required – or ability to obtain FL PE within 12 months
- Strong background in interior/exterior lighting, medium‑voltage systems, standby power, surge protection
- Demonstrated project management and client‑facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead project meetings and coordinate across disciplines
- Strong Revit proficiency required
- BS in Electrical Engineering
