We are now looking for you as a Technical Project Manager (all genders) at our location in Orlando, FL (with travel).

Role SummaryThis role leads the planning and execution of ASB Glass Floor projects across the United States, including temporary event installations and permanent deployments.
You will manage projects end-to-end, from early technical planning through on-site installation, live operation, and load-out working directly with LED systems, electrical infrastructure, logistics partners, staging crews, and venue stakeholders.
This is a planning, field-focused, hands-on role. It requires project organization and real-time decision-making in active venues operating under fixed broadcast timelines and non-negotiable performance requirements.
Your tasks with us:- Project Management & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver US-based projects on time and within budget
- Develop and manage project timeless and schedules, labor plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, staging partners, and venue representatives
- Manage both temporary event installs and permanent installations
- Lead on-site operations from load-in through live deployment and load-out and make real-time operational decisions during live or high-pressure conditions
- Maintain an oversight on all technical aspects of each project, and ensure the project team have a clear and consistent understanding of technical deliverables.
- Ensure high standards of health and safety are consistently maintained.
- Gather onsite details and collaborate with engineering and production teams or general contractors to adapt system designs to site-specific conditions
- Create, review, and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical requirements, and venue regulations
- Provide hands-on technical support during installations, including power planning, load calculations, and electrical coordination
- Assist in developing new processes for US operations, including supply chain and vendor management
- Support technical training and onboarding for installation partners and contractors
- Identify opportunities to improve system design, installation methods, and field reliability based on project experience
- Provide technical and cost inputs for proposals, bids, and client-facing materials
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, venue operators, and partners
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or field engineering, live events, AV systems or complex construction installations
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with mechanical assemblies or electrical systems, or large-scale technical deployments
- Ability to create, read and work from technical drawings and installation plans
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams and make decisions in high-pressure, time-critical environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
- Proficiency with project management tools
- PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required
- Salary:
Commensurate with experience (full-time as well as contractor options). - Paid vacation days above the standard
