Overview
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and provide mechanical (HVAC) design services for a range of building projects.
Responsibilities- Conceptual design of HVAC systems
- Assist in producing construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and additions to existing facilities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate project designs with other disciplines.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering and 3-7+ years of relevant MEP experience. The candidate should also demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and ability to perform accurate load calculations.
- Mechanical/HVAC design experience in retail, commercial, central plants, boilers, cooling towers, and related markets.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP engineering modeling tools.
