Salary:
$90,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 5+ years of civil site and drainage experience, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary teams, managing complex projects from design to construction, and ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective project completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from planning and design through construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, delegate assignments, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, permitting, and risk assessments.
- Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
- Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
- Oversee site inspections, construction administration, and project closeout.
- Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and contractors to ensure proper project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
- Minimum 5 years of civil site and drainage experience.
- Experience with paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design/analysis software.
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with permitting in Central Florida and FEMA regulations preferred.
