Senior PlannerThe role requires advanced land use planning expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities- Lead land development entitlement efforts and advise clients on regulatory processes
- Prepare, file, and manage land use, zoning, and development applications
- Conduct site feasibility and due diligence analyses
- Interpret planning and zoning regulations and provide guidance to project teams
- Prepare technical studies, reports, exhibits, and presentations
- Represent projects before local and regional agencies, public meetings, and hearings
- Negotiate with agency staff to secure approvals and mentor junior planning staff
- Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum five years of relevant regulatory experience (public or private)
- AICP certification
$80,000 - $100,000
