Lockheed Martin is seeking a Passive Hardware Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the RF Sensor Product Center Internal Research and Development effort and program execution scope.
Responsibilities- The candidate will lead a cross-functional team in the technical execution of developing passive sensor hardware technologies and delivering these technologies to program adopters.
- Achieve technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives for the development scope and communicate technical status and issues to program and functional leadership as well as customers.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or related technical field
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance; must be a U.S. citizen
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in RF or hardware engineering, focusing on design, development, and testing of RF components and subsystems
- Demonstrated experience leading a team to develop RF or hardware products
- Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Advanced knowledge of RF principles
- Experience in radar design and theory of operation
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Control Account Management
- Experience with supplier management
- Previous Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
