Position: RF/HW IPT Lead Engineer, Sr Staff - Orlando

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Passive Hardware Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the RF Sensor Product Center Internal Research and Development effort and program execution scope.

Responsibilities
  • The candidate will lead a cross-functional team in the technical execution of developing passive sensor hardware technologies and delivering these technologies to program adopters.
  • Achieve technical, schedule, and cost performance objectives for the development scope and communicate technical status and issues to program and functional leadership as well as customers.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or related technical field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance; must be a U.S. citizen
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in RF or hardware engineering, focusing on design, development, and testing of RF components and subsystems
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team to develop RF or hardware products
Desired Skills
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Advanced knowledge of RF principles
  • Experience in radar design and theory of operation
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and Control Account Management
  • Experience with supplier management
  • Previous Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) experience
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
