FL Home Structural Peer Review and Descriptions
FL Home Structural Peer Review and DescriptionsThis project includes 2 components:1) peer review of 4 structural sheets of a 2-story concrete block new construction home.
2) For educational purposes I would like every structural element, including reference tag, typ., footing, column, post, beam, truss, anchor, section, detail, and schedule, described in detail in written format.
3) Follow-up Zoom call to review and discuss details on an hourly basis
Note:
I was restricted to attaching one sheet from the plans. I will subsequently send S-0, S-1, S-2, and S-D1, which together comprise all structural sheets for this project.
