Overview
Strategic Growth Partners provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations. Our client we are supporting is a family of companies comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. They are actively seeking an Integration and Test Systems Engineer based in Orlando, FL.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity. This position requires an active Secret Clearance.
Compensation
: $82 – 93K per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team supporting developing software for emerging capabilities for the Mobility Air Force Distributed Mission Operations program. The capability to train the Aerial Refueling Mission is important for the success of the program, and will require innovative analytical and integration test tools. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Provide technical support to Coalition and MAJCOM training exercises.
- Participate in software requirements development.
- Review/write/update test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participate in the testing process to validate requirements.
- 3 - 4 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- Familiar with basic scripting and software development concepts.
- Prior software/hardware testing, analysis, and troubleshooting experience.
- Must be a US citizen, able to secure and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel to include internationally.
- Previous experience with MAF or other Distributed Training Networks and systems.
- Experience with NGTS, other Computer-Generated Forces tools, simulated radios.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of data in DIS/HLA simulation environments/networks.
