Systems Engineer, Test Engineer
We are looking for a Systems Integration & Test Engineer for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and integration of Test Program Sets (TPS) to validate and verify complex hardware and software systems on automated test platforms.
This is a 9-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Onsite role in Orlando, FL.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities- Develop test programs to run on the client systems.
- Variety in work assignments is what you can expect from this position as we support RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and a variety of communication technologies.
- Work collectively as well as individually to develop software and hardware designs to support customer missions.
- Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of subsystems and/or systems.
- Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
- Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops test programs and procedures for complete systems and/or subsystems.
- Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
- Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
- Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and should be able to obtain Security Clearance.
- Must have a minimum 4+ years in Systems Integration & Test Engineer.
- Day to day work involves leading a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering to coordinate efforts required to produce a tailored work product for our customers.
- Strong project and technical leadership experience, proven hardware/software integration skills, a working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment, and good communication skills.
- Must be able to lead development of test programs written in either PAWS ATLAS or NI Test Stand and Lab Windows CVI.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation: $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
