Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain secret clearance and Special Access Program requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or experience/combined education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in coordinating operational tasks and developing solutions with minimal supervision
- Experience in supporting and resolving government audits, including DCMA audits and internal compliance audits
- Experience enforcing work location policies and implementing corrective actions
- Experience with lab documentation, record‑keeping, and operational protocols
- Experience with calibrated equipment and property management
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
This position is for a Lab Operations Coordinator located within the Integration, Engineering Operations (EO) Organization. The EO Lab Ops Coordinator assists the Lab Manager(s) by performing day‑to‑day monitoring, control, and support functions within an assigned lab or across multiple labs.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the lab’s day‑to‑day compliance with company policies and procedures, Environmental Safety and Health standards, performance of lab self‑assessments, support of lab compliance audits, facility and equipment maintenance, managing assigned property, controlling lab access, monitoring user compliance training, and assigning workspace allocations to lab users.
The position may also require managing schedules and deadlines, coordinating work efforts with other departments or disciplines, and tracking/reporting lab performance metrics.
Desired Skills- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory, sustainment, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in electronic fabrication including cable and harness, production hardware, or maintenance of military design products
- Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721
- Experience with database tracking systems, including the service request system
- Experience interfacing with engineers to ensure work area and products meet requirements
- Experience in performing lean six‑sigma practices or certification

Work LocationOnsite Full‑time:
The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. No telecommuting is available.
First shift, 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Security ClearanceThis position requires a Secret clearance; applicants must be US citizens. The role is classified as E1952:
Project Engineer.
National Pay Statement: $70,100–$123,625 (annual base).
Premium Pay Statement: $80,600–$139,840 (annual base). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
