Entry Level Structural Engineering Graduate

We are looking for a driven and curious Structural Engineer to support our Built Environment team in our Orlando, FL office.

As a key member of our Orlando office, you’ll grow your skills and join a collaborative team providing award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery of state‑of‑the‑art structures. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with multi‑discipline design teams, Senior Structural Engineers, and our clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal), problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of US building codes including FBC/IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC

• 3.0 GPA
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or experience through internships or work that includes design experience with concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and/or foundations
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
• Experience with commercial Structural Engineering software such as RAM, STAAD, RISA, and SAP, or similar general‑purpose finite element analysis and design software
• Familiarity with industry drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $85,000.00. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
