, you’ll take ownership of the reliability, manufacturability, and long-term performance of advanced tethered drone platforms operating in real-world, high-stakes environments.

• Work on cutting‑edge tethered drone systems impacting defense and commercial operations
• Comprehensive healthcare, PTO, and retirement offerings
• High‑visibility role influencing product reliability and long‑term success
• Collaborative, hands‑on engineering environment with real‑world impact

• Improve and sustain PCB and electrical designs to keep products production‑ready and reliable
• Solve real‑world manufacturing and supply chain challenges to keep systems operational
• Partner with manufacturers to ensure designs translate smoothly into production
• Lead failure analysis efforts that directly improve next‑generation performance
• Support testing and validation that ensures mission‑ready quality every time

• Experience managing component obsolescence and supply chain‑driven redesigns
• Hands‑on failure analysis and root‑cause problem solving mindset
• Familiarity with Altium Designer or similar PCB tools
• Exposure to RF systems or MIL standards for noise mitigation
