Description
You will be the Engineer for our dynamic team. Our team is responsible for supporting the conceptual and detail design of advanced hardware through the full product life cycle, utilizing dynamics and structural analysis.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Engineer, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in dynamic and structural analysis to drive the development of new aerospace products. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to plan, develop, and test innovative solutions.
- Applying research to develop and test new products
- Working with minimal direction to develop advanced technical principles and concepts
- Communicating technical status and issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring less experienced engineers
- Staying up‑to‑date on industry best practices and technological advancements

Requirements- Must be a U.S. citizen (required for a Secret security clearance)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or equivalent program
- Minimum 5 years experience in a structural analysis role
- Proficient with hand calculations, assembly‑level and component‑level FEM analysis, and tools such as NASTRAN
- Experience performing static and dynamic analysis
- Experience supporting structural testing, defining test objectives, instrumentation, writing test plans and reports, and correlating analysis to test data
- Experience with metallic and composite structures
- Active Secret clearance
- Professional, hands‑on experience providing dynamics analysis support for DOD/USG programs
- Experience analyzing static and dynamic environments (vibration, acoustic, modal, shock)
- Experience supporting static and dynamic testing, including data collection and post‑test model correlations
- Ability to work with little direction and develop advanced technical principles, techniques and concepts
- Experience working launch and missile systems
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Mature computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point
