Radio Frequency Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is responsible for driving new product development from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.

• Design, simulate, and develop RF/microwave components and systems
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver new products on time and within budget
• Perform technical analysis to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
• Develop cost estimates, timelines, and project plans for new product initiatives
• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support prototyping and production readiness
• Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
• Provide technical support for production, including troubleshooting, design improvements, and component obsolescence
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in RF/microwave design or related field
• Experience with RF simulation, modeling, and testing
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, communication technologies, or similar applications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

This position operates in both office and manufacturing environments and may require hands‑on support during prototyping and production activities.
