Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. If you have 5 or more years of experience and a passion for designing safe, efficient, and innovative structures, we want to hear from you.
At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (think towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings to multi-family developments. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and clear communication.
In this role you will:- Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, design concepts, and construction documents.
- Tackle complex engineering challenges with smart, sustainable solutions.
- Contribute your expertise to impactful structures across Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (PE license is a plus).
- 5 or more years of hands‑on structural design experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure and/or RISA‑3D are a bonus).
- Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
