The Opportunity
We are seeking an Airfield Civil Discipline Lead for our Orlando, FL office!

You will have an opportunity to advance your career and professional development as the engineering discipline leader on airport projects. You will have the opportunity to lead, develop and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiate and maintain client contact and assist the team in winning the work.
Activities include serving over on large, complex multi-disciplineprojects and typically directs/mentors discipline associates and Project Managers in professional, technical, and operational best practices. Independently directs the development and evaluation of engineering reports and plans and specification criteria for a variety of projects, as well as supervises engineering design development, design detailing, code analysis, construction document production, construction administration, coordination with project team, client communication, proposal coordination, marketing, presentations, and management of other discipline-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or other professionally recognized equivalent disciplines from an accredited ABET university
- Minimum 12 years of experience with minimum 10 years in Civil design of airport-related facilities at medium and/or large hub airports
- Florida PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of starting
- Client Management experience and capabilities
- Ability to travel across the region to existing/potential Airport Clients
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required for use in completing an assignment
