Description:
- Provide independent technical support to engineers on moderately complex assignments.
- Gather, format, and manipulate technical data, including material test results and engineering design changes.
- Conduct and record comprehensive test activities, specifically supporting stress testing on eCASS and SSR.
- Perform detailed mathematical calculations and preliminary data analysis to ensure model dimensional consistency and trajectory adequacy.
- Produce high-quality engineering documentation, including flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and reports.
- Utilize software tools and personal computers to analyze results and present recommendations.
- Determine appropriate methods or sequences for production and technical operations; contribute to equipment modification based on requirements.
- Lead or provide direction to junior personnel or technicians as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in an engineering or technical support role.
- 2-4 years of experience with Mechanical Assembly, Electronics, and Cable Harness integration.
- 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in Electronic Testing, Hardware Testing, Electrical Testing, and Stress Testing.
- 2-4 years of experience in Circuit Design, Schematics, and Electronics circuit card troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in C#, Git, and Power BI for data analysis and software version control.
- Familiarity with Electro‑mechanical sensors and actuators, Instrumentation, and Electrical Standards.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and General Engineering practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities within technical environments.
- Professional demeanor with effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver technical presentations.
- Strong planning, organizing, and follow‑up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team player in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain high standards of service for internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- B.S. or higher; must possess 9+ years of related experience.
