Seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to lead water/wastewater projects and support a growing Florida practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, design, and construction of municipal water/wastewater projects
- Manage projects from inception through construction
, including scope, schedule, and budget - Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure quality delivery
- Perform technical work including hydraulic modeling, design, and permitting
- Support client relationships, proposals, and business development
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth
- 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
- 2+ years managing projects and teams
- Strong background in pipelines, treatment systems, and permitting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, and hydraulic modeling tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
