Senior Project Engineer – Aviation
Remote Status: Hybrid
Locations: Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, & Southeast U.S.
Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is a full-service transportation design and consulting firm dedicated to aviation infrastructure projects. We are looking for a self‑motivated Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to support our aviation projects in the Southeast.
Position Responsibilities- Design runways, taxiways, aprons and other airfield projects using FAA Advisory Circulars.
- Design landside facilities such as roads, parking, and utilities.
- Supervise designers and CADD technicians.
- Lead civil design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and professionals under the direction of the Aviation Service Director.
- Manage construction projects as the owner’s representative.
- Obtain permits from local municipalities and statewide agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years aviation design experience and detailed knowledge of FAA standards.
- Senior positions available for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design programs (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, focusing on client service.
