Overview
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support the Air‑Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. The role ensures quality standards are met throughout development from design to production, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supplier quality plans and requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective‑action initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
- STEM degree (bachelor's or higher) in Technical, Industrial, or Quality Assurance field or equivalent education/experience.
- Engineering or Quality experience developing methods, work instructions, and procedures for inspection of manufactured products.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, mechanical and electrical inspection methods.
- Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts to develop and review Quality Engineer processes and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to use statistical analysis tools to resolve technical/process issues ranging from basic to complex.
- Ability to travel 25%–50%.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt).
- Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CSQ) and/or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA).
- Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Awareness of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Demonstrated team leadership and presentation skills.
- Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Experience working with Government customers.
- Effective communication skills (written, oral, listening, technical writing).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Security Clearance:
Secret.
