Sr Electrical Engineering - Orlando

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison for the ARRW Vehicle Management Computer (VMC).
• Coordinate with engineering, test, and manufacturing groups and provide rapid, accurate solutions in a fast paced production environment.
• Act as primary point of contact for VMC hardware across the LRIP effort.
• Perform electrical testing, firmware/FPGA verification, and electro‑mechanical packaging reviews to keep supplier deliveries on schedule.
• Lead yield investigations and failure review boards, driving corrective actions for anomalies.
• Coordinate daily with Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Chief Engineering, and Glider Integration Product Team.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to government customers and internal stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and update reliability metrics to improve product robustness.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of three years of professional experience.
• Experience working in a production environment and troubleshooting CCA hardware.
• Proven background in providing production line support, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong hands‑on skills and use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, power suppliers, and automated test equipment.
• Experience dispositioning non‑conforming hardware (Failure Review Board + Material Review Board).

• Experience with MFC circuit card design processes.
• Experience leading Failure Review activities.
• Experience with schematic capture tools.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools.
• Experience with missile systems.
• Experience with hypersonic systems.

This position requires a U.S. government security clearance. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Secret clearance, with company‑sponsored Interim Secret required to start.

Job location:

Orlando, Florida. Relocation may be possible.

4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
