Chartis Federal is seeking an experienced LMR Systems Administrator to support secure tactical communications operations for the customer. The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting Motorola tactical communications environments, P25 radio systems, secure communications operations, and mission‑critical troubleshooting in federal, public safety, or military communications environments.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting Land Mobile Radio systems, OTAR operations, secure communications, tactical communications, or comparable mission‑critical communications environments
- Strong troubleshooting, technical analysis, and customer support skills
