Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide engineering teams and drive the delivery of high quality software solutions across complex product initiatives. You will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, ensuring delivery excellence across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative engineering culture

• Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable applications, ensuring high standards of quality and maintainability

• Own technical delivery across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through to deployment and ongoing support

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on architecture, design patterns, and development best practices

• Ensure strong engineering discipline across coding standards, testing, version control, and documentation


SKILLS


• Oversee development, integration, and testing activities, ensuring quality across unit, integration, and UAT phases

• Support teams in resolving complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point where needed

• Guide adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD, automation, and cloud-based delivery models

• Contribute to planning activities within an Agile environment and support coordination across teams where required

• Drive continuous improvement across development processes, tooling, and delivery outcomes

• Ensure clear and structured technical documentation is maintained across systems and solutions Information in this document is subject to change without notice.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or senior engineer leading development teams in enterprise environments

• Strong software engineering background with experience across full SDLC delivery

Hands-on experience with modern technologies (e.g. Java, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design

• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally with exposure to scaled frameworks such as SAFe

• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g. Git)

• Experience overseeing testing practices, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

• Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to assess systems and recommend improvements

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, working across technical and business teams

• Ability to mentor and develop engineers, driving capability and technical excellence

This role requires you to be located within commutable distance of downtown Orlando or be willing to relocate to that area in a reasonable timeframe.
