We're seeking a Roadway Engineer to join a growing transportation engineering team working on complex FDOT projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of challenging roadway and drainage design projects while contributing directly to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver roadway and drainage designs for FDOT projects
- Prepare plans, calculations, and design reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on highway and intersection projects
- Ensure compliance with FDOT standards and specifications
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 4 years of FDOT roadway/drainage design experience
- Proficiency with roadway design tools and FDOT guidelines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $130,000
