Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Fort Myers, FL / Orlando, FL / Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Manage project schedules, teams, and technical deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering quality
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 10 years in an A/E (Architecture/Engineering) consulting environment
- Strong experience in power distribution, lighting, and building systems
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Experience working in MEP / consulting engineering firms preferred
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) -- Required
- Experience in commercial, education, aviation, hospitality, entertainment, or federal projects
- Healthcare or industrial project experience is a plus
- Must have full project lifecycle experience (design to delivery)
- Leadership role with direct impact on projects and team development
